If you book a course with us, we use your name, address and/or email address, telephone number, date of birth, photo ID, National Insurance number, qualification details and payment details.

If booking on behalf of another individual for a company, we will collect your business name, company address, telephone number, email address and the same details listed above for the individual.

If making an enquiry about course information, we will collect your name, email address, telephone number and details of the course you are interested in.

Our information is collected when you contact us by phone, email, online, social media or come in to the centre about our courses.

At Erudite Training, we ensure only authorized persons have access to your information. For some services we do use third parties, including our web server, EKM Response mail server, printing distributor, banks that process payments, Stroma for our online booking and awarding bodies such as EAL and City and Guilds. We give them only the information that is necessary to provide the service we have agreed upon. They operate with the same care over data protection that we do.
